CMHA Oxford

Health care institutions are increasingly moving away from paper reports to digital ones. This is a major undertaking for these organizations and they need a partner they can rely on and trust to provide secure and easy support.

In March 2013, the Canadian Mental Health Association Oxford began their project to convert their client charts from paper to digital. Our workflow software solution, Docushare/ ScanFlowStore file management system, was the answer to their transfer needs. Due to the nature of their business, it was extremely important that the filing system put in place was stable and effective.

PartnerIT not only provided the right software for the job but was also committed to providing a client-centered experience for CMHA, driven by timely responses and resolutions. During the entire installation process, our technicians provided detailed information on when and what would be happening to ensure the transition was smooth for the client. We also provided hands-on, one-to-one training to help the CMHA Oxford team move forward with their very important project.

CMHA began their scanning project in the summer of 2013 with the support of 3 students who, over the course of 3 summers, scanned in approximately 34,000 client charts. (On average, these charts consisted of approximately 100 pages double-sided.) This paper volume proved to be a non-issue for ScanFlowStore and Docushare.
