This past summer, we decided to help the team let off a little steam and work on team building with a day at the Grand Bend Motorplex. The team took part in 90km/hour Go Kart racing leading to an action-packed day that was much harder work than any of us expected. We were lucky to have an instructor who works as a national driving instructor for Porsche Canada. He taught us how to race in a pack, which was not only overwhelming, but also ended up in everyone driving faster. Pack driving had us learning to trust each other in a completely new way and we definitely felt like a stronger team when we came off the race course.
